Such a poor experience at this clinic. Doctor Nguyen was running over 45 minutes behind for my first appointment. When I asked the front desk about the 45 minute delay, they justified the wasted time by saying he is "really thorough," and that he routinely runs behind. There's a chasm of a difference between being thorough and wasting patient time, especially when we have to take time off work and show up early already.
