Anaye at the front desk being unprofessional told me to come in person to solve my billing issue if my issue isn’t being resolved? Then places me on hold.
There is no one there answering phones I have spoken with nine people still have not gotten my medication after 20+ days this is incredible they give me a extension to call and there’s no way to reach to an extension you have to press zero and leave a message and they’ll get back to you in a couple of days ridiculous
The staff is so friendly and professional. My children have been coming here since birth (when their doctor was Odette Cohen-Martin) and my oldest is 15yrs old.
The staff is nice enough but I feel they are disorganized. I came here to get my medical paperwork filled out and faxed to my place of work. Only half of the paperwork was faxed. This is a time sensitive matter and there seemed to be no urgency. Called the office and apparently they lost my paperwork. How do you lose medical documents of your customers? Really a huge turn off I’m going to be looking elsewhere to have my physicals, paperwork etc done.
