Dr.Son, I've been looking for u. I change insurance and retired . I miss u Dr. Son. You jad such good bedside manners. You listen and really took care of me. Your staff were great . Denise how is she. I don't like it now. Primary is no longer if she not there u see other dr.s How are u Dr. I hope u read this message. I have alot to talk about.
Great doctor – Dr. Son has always been a great listener, attentive to my concerns and needs, and an all around great doctor, with excellent front desk help.
Great Doctor – Dr. Son has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. She is a very good doctor who makes you feel like you are the only patient she has that day. I feel like I am family when I am there and I love her staff.
I was 'discharged' with NO explaination – I was a patient of Dr. Son's about a year and a half ago. I got a "discharge letter" from her, saying that her practice had too many patients, and that I would need to find another doctor. About a year later, I called my health plan and they said she was accepting new patients, so I selected her as my primary doctor again. I just called to schedule a physical, and apparently if you are EVER discharged from her practice, they will never see you again! So now I have no primary care doc... read more
rude receptionist, not the most personable doctor either – I didn't feel the most welcome by the receptionist from the beginning and she was rude towards the end. Neither the doctor nor her assistant were very good at explaining tests, etc, or at asking questions. I will not go back to this doctor.
