I have had a similar experience as others who have placed reviews. He responded immediately when I was searching for an appraiser and quickly visited the property to conduct the site visit. At which time he was paid half his fee...in this case $450.00 as there were two properties, and I was told to expect something in two weeks. After one month I began calling to find out the progress and see if there was an issue. No answer. No return of my calls, of which I have placed several and left messages. Very frustrated.

great quality guy got everything done quickly
Having trouble contacting him for our appraisal. We have called 9 times over the last week no response. He has already been paid his $400.00 with a check that he has cashed already. I have the bank statement proving it. He said 2 weeks the day he was out here. Me and my other half have both been trying to get ahold of him. As of right now I would recommend using him.
The business is completely none responsive. I left several messages for over a month and no return calls were received. I ended up going with a company out of New Castle.
