It's a great property! It has beautiful grounds, on-site gym, walking trails right off the backside, a running creek along trail, outdoor seating, fire pit, grill, small dog walk enclosure, swimming pool, parking garage if you choose, spacious units with washer and dryer included and a great management team who actually cares. Somo Flats is located in a prime area with many shops, restaurants and grocery store, all within minutes of walking. Clean and well kept by a great maintenance staff as well.

For over two months, I was in constant communication with management regarding a jarring, repetitive noise coming from the apartment above mine. The sound is like a hard marble ball being thrown onto hardwood floors — sudden, loud, and occurring randomly at all hours of the day and night. Inside my unit, it is startling, disruptive, and genuinely distressing. Somo has been a great place to live, the maintenance team is incredibly responsive and helpful, and Beth is fantastic. She’s a big part of why we chose to stay here My only complaint is that the rent is just a bit too expensive

Don’t move here. You’re going to pay $2000-$3000 a month but hear every single thing your neighbor above you is doing. They really used cheap material to build these buildings.
