Bella is absolutely amazing. I leave my sessions feeling like a new person, all the stress and tension in my muscles disappears. Before my last session, I told her about the pain I was having with my neck, not even being able to turn my head all the way to one side without pain. I left the session with full mobility in my neck and it has been noticeably better ever since. The studio itself is a warm, welcoming environment. If you’re reading this, stop now and book your appointment. You won’t regret it.
Bella is always amazing, and the space is so cute and welcoming! I also really appreciate how much I feel heard here as well, as finding comfortability can be a hurdle at first. Easily the best place I’ve ever been to for any bodywork services!
I try to see Bella every few weeks and it truly makes a difference for my chronic tension/dizziness problems. It genuinely helps regulate my nervous system which a lot of my symptoms are tied to. She always checks in how I’m doing before the app and I feel very safe and comfortable in communicating if something is flaring up my symptoms or really anything else. Bella is incredibly considerate, does an amazing job, and plays lovely music during the app. Also, the whole space is such a vibe.
I've been regularly seeing Val for massage over the last six months and my body has never felt better. My work involves a lot of hunching over, and coupled with an active lifestyle this leaves my back, shoulders, chest, and hands feeling very tight and sore. This is my home away from home. I originally came here just for Val because I met her years ago at work and I prefer to see massage therapists I am comfortable with.
