Probably the best equipped, cleanest and well run crossfit in the area. Great coaches and a superior level of communication. The fact that they are open all day is also a real plus. I highly recommend.

I had an absolutely excellent experience at Somnium CrossFit! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the coaches and the community. The workouts are challenging but scalable for all fitness levels, and the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring proper form and technique. The energy in the gym is always motivating, pushing me to improve every session. If you’re looking for a supportive and results-driven environment, I highly recommend this gym!
