St. Vinnes despite its reputation for helping those in need instead have turned the apartment complex into a tour in hell. All appliance are beyond old. Although they did a remodel on the outside, they removed a plastic vapor barrier with a tar paper. Yes that's as warm and effective as it sounds. Windows replaced at same time with double paned (there OK). Repairs can take up to a month. You ARE also subject to not only state yearly inspection but St. VINNES inspection. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been here almost 9 years, and the first 6 were perfect, quick maintance, lovely neighbors and not much drama. St Vinnies took over just over 2 years ago and has dragged this place to the pit hole of hell, not to mention the onsite managers laura and mark are the biggest pos there are, they play favortisim to there favorites and eveyone else gets crapped on. Ok.....so far what I've seen of this place called Oregon is.....ABSOLUTELTLY stunningly drop dead GORGEOUS! Literally....like a paradise. So now I'm wondering....why doesn't EVERYONE live here?????
