Skip this one if you are planning for more than one year. It used to be a very nice place, but not after the Umbrella bought it. - the rent increases every single year to the maximum allowed by the state. I'm now paying far more than their highest rent on the website. - maintenance is terrible. Appliances stop working, and their priority is the vacated units to rent them out, but they do not take care of you after you become a tenant.
Tried to reach out multiple times with no response from anyone. From what I’m reading of the reviews it seems like management can’t be bothered to do their jobs.

Janey was great, but Jordan is retaliatory. The drains were clogged, as they often are because they have not put in a stopper that will trap hair before it goes down the drain. I called them on Thursday and again several times after that until I became frustrated with Jordan. They finally showed up on the following Friday after I had been in standing water for over a week every time I took a shower, which was very unsanitary. Then I got a bill for unclogging the drains!
