Terrible management. do not expect repairs to be made, she will gaslight and degrade you for even suggesting it. Maintenance and upkeep are not good. ran by a slumlord. So glad we got out of there. Do not recommend
Nice at first so she can get your get your money then everything changes and she becomes rude and doesn’t answer and not very polite if i could do 0 stars i would but i cant and she holds on to your drivers license we tried calling a dozen times once we noticed we never got them back she never picked up so we had a officer get ahold of her and she called us stupid for doing that
Rent increases a lot tbh
I have been to the office for three weeks now everyday and no one in office! I’ve left msgs on voicemail no call back! I spoke to tenants they said she don’t even answer their calls or fix issues! Are you all HIRING? I believe it’s time for a New Mgr. Seen on Facebook she commented on how the policy is but she don’t return their calls either. Definitely looking elsewhere for a APT! VERY BAD MGT AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!
