Everyone here is extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Calls and emails are responded to in a very timely manner. Maintenence issues are resolved promptly. The area is quiet and family-friendly. The home was extremely clean when we moved in. A nice-sized storage shed in the backyard. We're very happy and comfortable here! Very grateful for the opportunity.
Havre de Grace Housing Authority has been extremely helpful and beneficial to my family and I. Ms. Kathy and the entire staff have been patient, kind, and informative throughout my entire process. The residence is clean and the atmosphere is peaceful. Make your judgments and decisions from your own experiences, not based on someone else's experience. This is a decision that will not be regretted. I am grateful. Thank you all (staff, maintenance, & crew).
If you want to feel like you live in a jail… This is the place. Literally. You honestly probably have it better in jail. They never answer the phone, or get back to emails. When you ring the front door bell, they either answer you, or are walking out the back door to leave. Kathy obviously hates her job and needs to retire. Real low level energy when the lady answered the phone. You can hear the tone in her voice. One of those " I hate working here, but I'm going to continue to show up and be offended that you actually asked me to do anything related to my job." Very unhelpful and standoffish to any questions I asked
