My wife and I have lived at Sommerset La Costa for nearly two years now and we couldn't be happier. Of course, the community is beautiful but what makes living here so much better is our Manager, Eleanor. She has been stellar at making sure anything and everything we need is taken care of. She never forgets to follow up and follow through, and she's also not the kind of property manager you try to avoid running into for one reason or another lol. Eleonor is incredible! Very patient and understanding! I didnt make it easy on her with all my back and forth due to my situation at the time but she was amazing in dealing with all of it!
Such a great company, I'm so excited to be moved in. The apartment was Completely up-to-date and cleaned. The property manager was so patient and kind and helpful!
My husband, our roommate and I were apartment hunting and booked a tour with Sommerset. Eleanor was fantastic, up front and flexible. We loved the unit and Eleanor kept in touch with me while i waited to see if we would be able to make the move. Unfortunately, the timelines didn’t line up and we had to find another place to live. However we will keep Sommerset in mind for our next move as long at Eleanor is still the property manager.
We have lived at Somerset La Costa for 3 years and our lease is up and we are very sad that we have to leave. The property is beautiful and the tenants are easy to talk to. I have to say that Jose who is in charge of the property is the nicest person you will ever meet. I will never forget moving in right when Covid hit and he gave me the best welcome present ever.
