I really want to thank Marianne from River Oaks Management. I had contacted management regarding the stop sign at the community’s entrance being too small and too low for drivers to see. I reported an incident of a driver going right through the stop sign. Marianne contacted me and informed me within 3 days of my phone call that a 30”x 30” stop sign has been ordered which exceeds the 24” x 24” requirements. I really do appreciate you addressing this so quickly and making that intersection a safer one.
I have lived here for one year and am so lucky to have found this complex. It is in a great neighborhood, close to everything and is very pretty. Great landscaping and everything is well maintained. If I have any maintenance issues, I can put in a ticket and it is taken care of right away. The best part of living here is the property manager Eleanor. I moved in a week before Christmas and have been so happy here. Eleonor is an absolute angel and made the moving in experience so nice. She is great with communication about property maintenance, little events she holds, and any other updates she has. Wyatt has been great with the few maintenance requests I had. Overall this is a great place to live and I am so happy I chose this place to call home.
My wife and I have lived at Sommerset La Costa for nearly two years now and we couldn't be happier. Of course, the community is beautiful but what makes living here so much better is our Manager, Eleanor. She has been stellar at making sure anything and everything we need is taken care of. She never forgets to follow up and follow through, and she's also not the kind of property manager you try to avoid running into for one reason or another lol.
