I have never worked with a more incompetent and unethical company in my entire life. I have no idea how they are even still in business. Lie after lie, mess up after mess up, shady business practice after shady business practice. PLEASE do not make the same mistake that I did, and take your business elsewhere!
I hired CB and John McClary to file my small business taxes. They gave me an estimate of $3000 but ultimately sent me a bill for over $6000. As you can imagine, I’m very displeased.
Impossible to get hold of her
After 37 years of doing my taxes they now do not have staffing to continue, and have refused to do so. The person that I used has left and they refuse to lift his non-compete so he can continue. They refuse to continue with me and for spite are refusing to let me use my old CPA. This kind of spiteful, petty behavior shows they should not be trusted with anybody's taxes.
