I hired CB and John McClary to file my small business taxes. They gave me an estimate of $3000 but ultimately sent me a bill for over $6000. As you can imagine, I’m very displeased.
Impossible to get hold of her
After 37 years of doing my taxes they now do not have staffing to continue, and have refused to do so. The person that I used has left and they refuse to lift his non-compete so he can continue. They refuse to continue with me and for spite are refusing to let me use my old CPA. This kind of spiteful, petty behavior shows they should not be trusted with anybody's taxes.
I've worked with many different folks from Somerset over the last ten years and I've been impressed with each & every one of them. Great Company Culture, quick turnaround, lots of respect for the client.
