My mom has been there over 2 years and they just sold. They won't have a meal plan anymore, all events will be changed. The residents are upset by the limited time they are given to try to find a place to live, as far as them saying they will review my comment and work with me that is simply NOT true. I went to the meeting with the new owners and they bluntly said there is no flexibility in their policies on a food plan due to insurance. My wife and I moved here in May 2024. We love it! The staff here Jennifer and Wendy are top notch. You can't find better people to work with. All the support staff like Frank, Jackie, Melissa, Joanna, Michael and Sheka are fantastic as well. Oh I almost forgot about Brian! He's pretty cool too, but in his own way. Thumbs up for Sommerset!
