Great complex. We have lived here three years. The manager, Robin, does a great job. Same for the maintenance staff. They quickly resolve any maintenance problems. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
This complex is one of the best places to live in Shreveport. They have the best management and maintence workers. I havev lived here for 12 years and can say they deserve 5 stars.
Love Sommerset anpartments and Parker is awesome. If you are looking in the area, definitely give this place a look and tell Parker I sent you!
Clean grounds, well maintain pool, friendly staff, quiet apartments, issues are quickly addressed by apartment manager and matenance staff. I have been living here since July 2025 .. overall a great experience
