I submitted an online inquiry to this firm regarding a potential malpractice case and was scheduled for an intake call at 9:00 AM. I was off from work and woke up early for this, but the intake coordinator (Michele) called 5 minutes late from an 'unknown' number and hung up immediately when I answered.
