Their ice cream and taiyaki is consistently good. Mike is the best, very respectful and helpful. Everyone should learn customer service from him!
My friends and I came into this store with high hopes. Some of us had been to this store many times, but others, myself included, had never been. I was excited coming in because everyone said it was so good, but instead of being met with cheerful service, we were ignored while the employees lounged in the back. The workers were not at the counter OR working when we entered, and they were not able to serve for five minutes despite us calling for them in the back. When they came out, i ordered five taiyakis, but my taiyaki barely had any filling at all. In every bite I anticipated sweetness but instead, was met with flavorless dough. Worst of all, they asked me to tip after they were not present for five minutes. This is NOT the Somisomi I know and love. I'm not mad, I'm just extremely disappointed.
This place is amazing!!! I love the Nutella Fishies I forget what they are called but they have multiple flavors
