Service was slow, but the main reason for the 1 star is their employee Faith. She isn't customer friendly, snarky responses to quick questions and no manners
Whoever the manager was on 8/15/2025 who was just standing amount on her phone while her worker was alone with 30 customers obviously overwhelmed (and taking pictures of the line) needs to be fired immediately. HORRIFIC. Not even a thought from them to lend a hand.
One employee, Faith, was taking her sweet time last night. just got off of work, mall closes in 20 minutes, theres a line forming. i gave her a bit of grace since she was the only one it looked like but what frustrated me was her pulling her phone out and texting in front of people, people who are waiting to get their order placed and the people who are waiting for their order. after i waited 10 minutes for my 1 item, not even a "have a good night" "thank you" nothing. as a service worker myself, it was frustrating. do bette... read more
visited during open hours at 11:22 AM, but no staff were present. I placed an order for a cup of ice cream using the self-service kiosk. No employee appeared until I had to say “excuse me” loudly. When someone finally came out, there was no apology—just a question asking whether I had placed a self-service order. If it were possible, I would give zero stars for this experience.
