While I do have a list of dessert spots to try, rarely do I actually visit them. After a long walk around Chinatown though I decided to finally hit up Somisomi at the Shanghai Plaza. Upside Down Ahboong ($6.95): Went for the "popular" Ube & Thai Tea soft serve flavor and the cashier-recommended Matcha Custard filling. Excellent place. They always have a new variety. I visit every time I am in Vegas
Being from the midwest, this WAS an experience that I loved. Ube and black sesame seed is not an option anywhere back home for icecream. Hands down a treat I usually dont indulge in (ice cream) but, so glad I did.
