I have been working on getting an appraisal completed on a home Im selling. Due to the nature of the home and the woman who lives there, the appraisal would need to be completed after 3-4PM weekdays or anytime on weekends. This company and their scheduler/manager told me that it is absolutely not possible as the appraisers come back to make their report same day.
