I can't get a hold of anyone!!! just automated systems that hang up on you.
Just want to add another extremely negative review. For two months I have tried to repair exterior shade without any success. Strongly advise to stay away from that company!
No customer support at all. You cannot speak to a live person. The message hangs up after giving you all the web pages to read on your own. Their retailers cannot help with troubleshooting; they give you three or four different telephone numbers that all go to the same recording, same recorded info, then. Click- Hang Up . Aargh, very frustrating
Absolutely fantastic products but customer service and getting assistance is going to cost you as you must go though a dealer and everyone wants a cut. We just need a particular switch to match what was put in and running around instead of a person to assist with there product. It a real bummer our world lost customer service with technology. I've actually gone to all 3 vendors recommended and still searching for a switch.
