Dot is a true Columbia gem. She is always so kind, caring, and does a STELLAR job. We have used them as our sole florists for 3 years now and each time is easy and breezy and my orders are always beautiful. Today I needed a last min funeral arrangement and Dot took the time to help me find a comparable arrangement that would be available in my short deadline, and she made sure to communicate each step with me. So glad to support local business when the local business has folks like her
Excellent customer service! I called to place an order and needed it delivered by a certain day. They were more than accommodating to my request. As soon as I asked for the request, their verse response was “no problem, we’ll handle it”!
Such a beautiful place and they make really great arrangements!
