Great staff. If you need a car they are the best at there price point.
I currently have a car through these guys and Ive had nothing but problems. Between the card reader for debit or credit; they use not working and their inability to work with me on getting my car fixed! They are unreasonable and ask way to much for useless used cars! In the beginning they were super friendly and said they would work with me they are now avoiding calls and not helping me. They are not helpful or knowledgeable. Avoid if possible.
I currently have a minivan financed with this dealer. I would recommend Something New Auto to anyone. He is willing to work with a person through bad times. I very much appreciate the way he is working with me right now.
