visiting Fox Lake for today I grew up there I now live in Janesville Wisconsin I have to walk into the Pet Shop they're never been there and I promised my son a guinea pig and I don't know anything about so I figured I'd ask the girl working her did a fantastic job I actually ended up walking out with a guinea pig in an hour and a half later I got them home and Joey is happy and I have nothing bad to say about this Pet Shop my best experience ever in a pet shop
The staff are exceptional ;) I will never get another pet anywhere else, and this is due to the fact that all of the animals are handled and you know you are getting a QUALITY animal ;) ! There is no other pet store around that provides such exceptional customer service! I love visiting the store just to see what new animals have come in, and to talk with the staff that treats you like you are family. It's an amazing pet store with great, healthy fishes (and others) with great quality supplies, not to mention the friendly staff that ALWAYS has a smile on their faces.
Absolutely love this place. Great prices and a staff that is not only knowledgeable but also passionate about the animals they sell. After shopping here and getting the service they offer, it's hard to go anywhere else!
Terrible!!! Do not buy any pets here!! My sister in laws kitten came home with fleas, worms and feline leukemia!! ���
