Fish COVERED in Ich, the birds in their care look like they are not cared for- broken beaks, feathers missing, even watched a parakeet regurgitating food for the other housed with him so he could eat. Only saw one snake in their care and it looked all bone. Said she was a rescue and they were trying to “fatten” her up. Says they’ve had her for 2 months? Still looks like that? I'm not sure if I recommend or not. I just sat on hold for 20 minutes listening to someone talk to a customer about guns and the goings on in Kenosha. my lunch break is over and I've got to get back to work, so I suppose I will try again later. i was just advised that my mollies have a parasite and wanted to know what i need to do to get my tank back in order. 🤷♀️
I think pet store should clean pets better. As soon as opened the door the smell took my breath away. No reason for a pet store to smell like that.
I feel they need a bit more care in selling their animals. There should be pamphlets or papers to help better guide the common Consumer. They should take more responsibility in offering how to care for the animals that they sell, opposed to “she was healthy when we had her, or there has been no other fatalities in that litter. If there are must do and don’ts please give us that information. It Could save lives!!!
I decided to try my hand at a new hobby. I wanted to create a fish tank with live plants. The woman that helped me understand the process, and pick out what I needed was amazing, and scary knowledgeable. I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but thank you again.
They had two African side neck turtles and they were being housed in horrible conditions with no heating lamp or anything they require to survive their shells are damaged terribly and it will take some time to get them healthy and back into breeding shape.
