These two ladies put on a food tasting event today at Tepperman’s in St Catharines. The food was absolutely to die for! I tried their beef and Yorkshire pudding with garlic aioli and sautéed onions as well as their Cheese Lager soup (I forget the actual name), and meatballs. All tasted phenomenal! I used to get railed just around the corner at Centennial park back as a teen. Food was good. Presentation was a little off putting though.
We had a meeting of 6 great minds here, on the 25th of Feb, and ChefD and his team were exceptional. The food was amazing, the hosting exceptional, the ambiance welcoming and warm. An overall amazing experience. Thanks ChefD for a great evening! Highly recommend.
We have eaten at this amazing restaurant twice now. The hospitality is excellent and guests are greeted warmly with a custom drink when they arrive. ChefD and Tric interact with the guests throughout the evening making every guest feel special. Chef provides an overview of each dish between each of the 7 courses. As for the food - WOW! Talk about Something Different! My partner and I were mesmorized by a seven course dinner for Valentine's this year. All courses individually and tastefully crafted by Chef D and his team. Tric was a wonderful front of house host. Talk about fabulous flavour profiles explained as they were presented. Right across the board, it was a delicate and delicious culinary destination. We highly recommend others explore this experience in ChefD's intimate Cambridge location.
