very poor service. if you run out of an item, why not call the number left by the customer and let them know ahead of time? you waited until we arrived to pick and then said you were out of the item ordered. Instead of the manager coming too the window, you had an attitude with your server. when asked to remove the additional charge you stated you couldn't, which was a false statement. never scold your personnel in front your customers, it is very unprofessional. This was the worse ever $40 to waste and have called several times. And keep being placed on hold lol 😂 come on all you got to do is say sorry we can’t bring the sauce and we would’ve sent someone. Not the one in Lubbock at all but the Levelland location horrible omg!!!!! The worse experience ever ever. This was NOT worth the $40 that's for sure. RecommendedNot only is the food amazing the Staff is friendly and very attentive to theirs customer.... update from the last time we ate here. the wait staff is amazing! Food came out quicker the last time and was just as good. Management is amazing!!
