Im writing this review as i’m very frustrated with the owners and how they have handled my situation and dress! I had my dress rented here for around 2 years and they said it was never rented once. I find this hard to believe as it is very dirty and the belt on the waist is broken in many spots. I set up a time to go pickup my dress and gave them a week notice (as they asked) so the dress would be cleaned and ready for pickup but when I went to get it Brooke the owner told me she hadn’t been able to get it cleaned yet.
