Our experience here made the dress rental the most stressful part of my daughter’s wedding. Positives- huge selection to choose from, very nice staff, easy to try dresses on etc. Negatives- alterations were extremely stressful. My daughter had 3 “final” fittings… they were no where near final. Final result was one sleeve tighter than the other (as in can’t raise your arm haha) but we feared any more changes so left it. If you want extra stress and one more thing to manage on your wedding day, this is the place for you. I ordered a custom dress and received no updates- even after the timeline was changed without notice. Every bit of communication about my dress had to be initiated by me which proved to be harder than necessary. When I finally arrived for my fitting, I was told my custom dress had never been delivered, imagine my confusion and disappointment! Im writing this review as i’m very frustrated with the owners and how they have handled my situation and dress! I had my dress rented here for around 2 years and they said it was never rented once. I find this hard to believe as it is very dirty and the belt on the waist is broken in many spots. I set up a time to go pickup my dress and gave them a week notice (as they asked) so the dress would be cleaned and ready for pickup but when I went to get it Brooke the owner told me she hadn’t been able to get it cleaned yet.
