Yikes! Just read the news on KUTV.com. Even their response shows how poorly they care about customers and more interested in covering up their bad behavior than fixing their problems. Get it together.
I had my dress there for over 6 months and heard nothing. I go in to pick up my dress and was told it was rented. No notice as promised was sent to me. I didn’t get paid until I called three times and insisted on cash. Their excuse was that the owner had surgery and they stopped using Venmo. It’s hard to believe that when I randomly show up in the store after at least six months that all of a sudden it was rented. Can’t prove it but I suspect it was probably rented more times and I was only paid for one rental.
