I consigned my wedding dress with this store and had a very poor experience. My dress was in the store for about 3 years and never received any compensation for my dress being rented out. I called the store on July 20th requesting to pick my dress up since it hadn’t been rented out and was told the dress would be cleaned and ready within the week. Don’t even bother. This store is dirty and dark and they fail to communicate in so many ways. I was helping my sister get back her wedding dress and it took 3 months for them to finally have the dress ready to picked up even tho they told us 4 different dates it would be ready by. In between this it was nearly impossible to with the owner and the store. It honestly felt like they had lost the dress. Before coming to this shop, I had heard horrible reviews and social media posts, but I wanted to give the owner the benefit of the doubt, and support a small business. My sisters getting married, and she and my mom came in while I was working, saw a dress they liked, but didn’t like the sleeves. I was there trying on some dresses from something borrowed and the associate at the counter was amazing! She was so professional and so kind and so helpful. Then the owner came in and she was 15 minutes late when we had already set an appointment at 1. I said hi to her twice and she COMPLETELY IGNORED ME!!! She had headphones in. And she was completely rude. I honestly don’t have any time for that kind of energy. Highly recommend NOT going to this place!
