From shopping day to gown pick up this was a phenomenal experience. Lisette and Her team were an absolute dream to work with. Bridal gown shopping was so smooth she let me shop the store and added in her picks after noticing what I gravitated towards this helped us maximize my time to the fullest. Beyond appalled by the shocking lack of professionalism and hostile customer service I experienced at this shop one of the important days in preparation of our wedding. What was supposed to be a seamless, final step in my bridal routine turned into an incredibly stressful ordeal. When you trust a business with your wedding gown, you expect care and respect.
