I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They took in a surrendered bearded dragon, who was healthy at the time, and now after 2 years in this shops care, it is SEVERELY emaciated. The owner who surrendered took the dragon back to actually get it proper vet care. You can see his backbone and ribs.This is abuse.
none of the animals had clean water...staff couldn't be any ruder! and upon leaving there was a dead duck laying where they keep the ducks outside!! just disgusting! this place needs to be reported!!

someone had just hit my duck and i took it out of the road to bury it. If you came 1st thing in the morning, we feed and water at that time on Sat/Sun.
RecommendedI bought a puppy here a week ago for $400. I got a message asking to come back In the day after I bought him. They refunded me 250$ because the breeder dropped the price of the pups the night I bought my puppy (after hours). They could have 100% taken my money and ran with it. But they didn’t. And the costumer service was really good:) I recommend:)
No, due it they aren’t knowledgeable and put animals together that shouldn’t be. Rude also!

Shoved rabbits and cavies together in fish tanks with no air flow. Misrepresents breeds of rabbits. Most likely feeds a very poor diet as well. Very unethical and highly doubt they show rabbits and have been for 50+ years. Very sad place and a terrible business.

You have never been to my store, so very unfair of you to judge my business. As far as rabbits go, been a member of ARBA for many years. You have never met me in person, so once again its unfair for you to judge me or my rabbits. I can give you many references on my rabbits and the years I have been at this.
I love this place. we have gotten fish, hermit crabs, rabbits, lizards, and most recently a bird from here. all have been amazing pets and the owner has always been willing to sit and talk about all pet care needs and answer whatever questions we have. Will return for more pets, in the near future, for sure.
This place is awesome! Smells just like a pet store should, like animals. Friendly, loving, animals awaiting friendly, loving owners. By the way, the owner and the people that work there; are honest, caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and very trustworthy people.
I’m a faithful customer here! Always go there for advice and all my animals needs! I have purchased a snake, chameleon, two fox, plenty of mice, and many crickets! Also beautiful fish! All my animals were very healthy and well taken care of before I got them! Any information Sue and Angie could provide they always did! I will ALWAYS support our local Pet Store!❤️
