We bought a rabbit today for our daughter and Shelby was very helpful. She showed us what we needed and showed my daughter the proper way to hold it. I'll be honest I was a little nervous to go to the store after reading the reviews about rude staff but was pleasantly surprised and will be back.

They let a sick, starving bearded Dragon suffer without any bet attention, until the original owner visisted and took the beardie back in their own care. This is unethical and just flat out not okay. I DO NOT recommend. There should be jail time and/or closing of the shop.
It has this name for a reason. She had a precious bearded dragon and it went from healthy to starving. She knows nothing about reptiles and cohabitated the beardie with 2 others.. the others died. This place should not be open.
