I absolutely miss Sally! It is not the same. The new team seems pretty incompetent and need to huddle to discuss any question or concern you pose. My daughter ran out of her medication, I never received a call about a refill and when I finally went in I was informed of an issue with my insurance. No phone call to say alert me to the issue so I could try and have the issue resolved before she ran out.
Terrible experience here ever since ownership changed. Will no longer be using Somerville Pharmacy

This place was great until new owners came in about 6-8 weeks ago. I've been twice since then. The first time I came in and told the woman at the pharmacy counter that I had prescriptions to pick up but that my insurance had changed and I wasn't sure if my copays would be different. She shrugged at me and continued ringing up my scrips.
