Appalled by the e-mail response received from your “Sales Manager” at your Deck Center location regarding decking materials. We very much appreciated his help to start, and much like any other person spending thousands of dollars, we priced out other competitors. Another company came in significantly lower in price, so we reached out to your manager asking if he could come down or match this other quote because we would like to give him the business considering he was so helpful originally. My husband and I went to Somerville Lumber on Saturday to discuss some remodeling work we wanted done in our master bath. The gentlemen at the desk told us they really only want to do big jobs. He asked me to fill out a form and maybe someone would look it over and consider the job. Poor customer relations! Less than Zero stars.
