Dr. Nick and his team have been great and really helped me get through some tough procedures. There is zero judgement and only support and help from them. I absolutely recommend this practice.
I was told that they would check on a cavity during my next cleaning at no additional charge (because it would take 10 seconds) and they were nice enough to move up my appointment. When I showed up for my appointment, they said they didn't have time for a cleaning and they checked inside my mouth for about 4-6 seconds and said everything was fine. I confirmed before (over the phone and in person) that it would be complementary (because it would take 10 seconds). They then charged me and billed my insurance for a full exam. T... read more
Dr. Calvin did a great job with my deep cleaning. Super chill and professional made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He explained everything clearly and worked with a lot of care. My mouth feels way better now. Definitely recommend him!
CAUTION: We were told Aetna was in network during our scheduling, then after the first visit we received bills for them being out of network. Upon the 2nd scheduled visit they admitted they are Out-of-Network. What makes it worse Somerville Dental never actually told us this outright, I had to verify with them if we would have any copay. I am worried they are misleading clients here to get additional business.
