RecommendedIt's a great place to live. The amenities are nice.
I lived there for 7 years the Management is absolutely terrible. They will never answer their phones and the times that they do answer they are rude and very unhelpful. They act as if they are better than anyone they rent to. After they get you to move in and sign the lease they immediately start treating you like trash. When there was mold in my apartment the maintenance guy just came in and covered it with a piece of wood. Never did he remove /kill /clean up the black mold. I’d find somewhere else to live if I were you. The reason why the rent is cheep is because the staff here are completely incompetent and have no pride in their work. I have been here for just over a year and I regret renewing my lease. I have had to turn in proof of my renters insurance twice and they still charge me for theirs. And they are incredibly shady. The complex was just bought by Avenue 5; the main office staff is incompetent and will literally admit to you that they don’t know what they are doing and can’t pay for their mistakes (like if they charge you rent incorrectly, they don’t refund it because they have no money in their accounts). This means that maintenance work isn’t completed, and anything done is shoddy and a half-brained solution. Very disappointed with all the management miscommunication, excessive hoops to jump through for any information, wrong billing, and getting the run-around. I’ve been overcharged so many times for the same thing that I shouldn’t have been billed for, and every time I’ve asked a question I get a different answer each time. Excited to move out of here.
