How many calls and emails does it take for this place to ever do anything??? It’s the 4th and my rent still isn’t posted. These bought 5 star reviews are funny cuz they don’t even have the right property managers name.
Kathryn was super great when I inquired about a place. I was was an anxious mess and she was patient and kind and so encouraging. She was transparent and kept it real with me. I appreciated her help every step of the way and the building has been pretty cool since I've moved in! Thanks Kathryn!

I just love the landlord Ms. Kathryn… she has made me comfortable and at peace with my move. She has been responding and helpful in every way I needed her!
The maintenance requests go unanswered, and problems persist much longer than they should. The manager does not respond to calls in a timely fashion. The quality of the apartments or services provided do not match the price point by any means. Would not live here again.
