Do not recommend living here. If you would have asked me about this place when I first moved in (2023) absolutely loved it. But in the last 6 months management was changed as well as maintenance. I have had an ongoing water leaking in my apartment for 42 days now. It takes days, and sometimes well over a week to even hear from anyone. I was told the issue was fixed. We lived there for a while. It is a very quiet place, but neglected by management. When we moved in, the closet doors were damaged. They told us they would fix them during our first week, but they did it two months later. We moved out because we relocated to another city, and it has been difficult to establish communication with the new manager regarding our deposit refund. Kathryn made the experience and move in process effortless and enjoyable! It seems the staff all truly care about their future and present tenants and I look forward to my time here! Everything was also perfect in the apartment on move in day!
