The mail receptacles was broken into recently and mail was stolen including credit cards and identifications of the homeowners -they were also USED. Not a single notice was sent out to the homeowners regarding this, you basically had to just wait and be notified by authorities that the thief was caught with your information. HOA has a responsibility to secure the common areas and failed to do so.
