The mail receptacles was broken into recently and mail was stolen including credit cards and identifications of the homeowners -they were also USED. Not a single notice was sent out to the homeowners regarding this, you basically had to just wait and be notified by authorities that the thief was caught with your information. HOA has a responsibility to secure the common areas and failed to do so. We have been in our home for a year and so much issues with our home. Legend Homes has ruined our first home buying experience for us by far. I would list all of the issues we have had with our home but that would take me all day to write out. (-_-) I 100% DO NOT recommend.
