I was hesitant about moving in after reading some of the reviews, but after living here for two months, I’ve had nothing but good experiences. I’ve had two minor issues in my unit, and both were fixed within 15 minutes of calling. The staff is great, and the front office is amazing—always helpful and professional. If you're thinking about moving here, do it!
Bed bugs, roaches, ants, leaks all over building even one in electrical room, concrete crumbling everywhere. But it’s okay the carpets in hallways are new 🫡 they also have limited parking spots with a long wait but don’t worry the p4 garage is blocked off to residence because they rent it out as private winter storage effectively blocking the spots that could remove a parking crisis
Heating is never appropriate according to the weather (either the management is saving money at the cost of renters or the systems are faulty). They take a ton of time for inspection. I had a broken shower for almost a month. They work at their own pace and give standard answers.
