NEVER RENT FROM Avenue5 Residental!!!!! We moved into this complex – Apartments on the Green located in SLC, Utah in August of 2018. When we did the apartment tour, they only had the model available to look at and it was absolutely not an option to see the unit we were moving into because there were current residents occupying it but was assured that by the move in date provided it would be newly remodeled to look identical to the model we were viewing. Not very trustworthy. They sent a rent check to the post office then proceeded to file eviction paperwork for late rent!!! So not ethical. Im almost positive that is tampering with mail or someone else's money... All I know is that Somerset Terrace should be audited.
