Been here 1.5 years and have had very few issues. Reading the reviews, sounds like the old manager was not empathetic and only in it for getting the lease signed. Not the case anymore. Just wish you guys would lease out the 2 big retail businesses that have been vacant since I lived here. We need a coffee shop in this part of Uptown. Starbucks or DD isn't close enough. I have been a resident at this building since three months after they opened, and I have to say if I had reviewed a year ago I would have said many of the same things other reviewers (here and elsewhere) have said. It was awful, we received a notice nearly every week or two with new policies and new rules with threats of video cameras and kicking us out.
