This establishment has demonstrated consistently unreliable and unprofessional service. We have ordered compression stockings from them several times, and on two separate occasions they supplied the wrong colour. During the first incident, they insisted we accept the incorrect product despite the high cost of the stockings. On the second occasion, when we declined to take the wrong colour, the staff attempted to shift the blame onto us and refused to issue a full refund of $260.
