We had to throw all of our furniture away because of a flea issue because cats were living under the apartment then it took them almost 3 months for the flea issue to calm down! great place to live. I've been here 25 years and have had no problems. apartments are spacious and great pool!
Great for living. But don't even think about it if you want any service. I have been trying to connect for several weeks about something, and I always run into people on the phone who can't halp at all. Strongly discouraged, unless you reallyt want to feel pain.
The apartments are spacious and unique in style. You control your own thermostat, management is friendly and helpful. Feels like a little community. Other residents are very friendly. Pet friendly. Residents walk their dogs around the huge property enjoying the views. Love the wooded areas surrounding the building.
Outdoor Amenities and On-Site Laundry room are great. Spacious units
Don't move here. If you are late with your rent, they file for eviction after the 15th of the month even if you call and give them a day that you are making a full payment. They charge you lawyer fees and "other fees $400" No compassion for people. People constantly watch everything you do. (Maintenance staff and know your business) Great for people with HUD or section 8. If your paying your own rent, go somewhere else.
