I am writing this review on behalf of my son and his two friends who rented for one year at the Enclave at Huntington Woods. Overall they were satisfied with their experience and apartment while renting. The biggest issue was being charged $823 for the carpet replacement after lease was up. This apartment complex is by far the worse choice in Bradenton. I thought it was bad with the original management, but the new management "Aspen Square" is much worse. The ladies in the office are very condescending and will talk to you like you are a peasant. The apartments themselves are horrendous, mold on every window, cockroaches etc. If you do move in here, make sure to take pictures of your unit before moving your stuff in and keep a copy of what was wrong with the unit, IT WILL COME IN HANDY LATER (once you move out)... read more

This place is BEYOND DISGUSTING!!! From the apartments itself to the management. This place is FLITY. It’s full of Racist BITCHES like Alicia.. wait I mean ADAM the MAN that dresses like a woman. This lady has been disrespectful since the day they let this MAN in the leasing office. She tell you the wrong prices for moving in, the wrong rent price. She rude to any guest you have around. DO NOT MOVE HERE ! The office ppl will be nice until you sign the lease then they change completely ! They have yelled at me and the maintenance men are no better. ! It’s infested the pipes make loud noises when showering ! The walls are thin you can hear people using the restroom! The security gate does not work ! Ppl are racist. I would not recommend to anyone !

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING Let me just start this out with how TERRIBLE Banyan Bay has been. We hated every minute of living here. If we could give zero stars we would absolutely do so. The neighbors were very friendly and that is about the ONLY good think I have to say about this place. It's easier for me to make a list of all of the reasons why you may not want to live here besides the fact that it is extremely overpriced. 1. DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AS A NONSMOKER!!!! This is a non-caring smoking community where the management cares less about your health, personal belongings or their investment. Unfortunate for me, I live above a habitual smoker (2+ cigarettes an hour) morning, noon and night, so the secondhand smoke constantly seeps into my apartment, via the vents and screened in porch affecting my health and furnishings! The first year we lived here the community was great as described in all the other reviews here dated pre 2019. Then they changed the rules on qualifying to live here. When we moved in we had to make a certain income & pass a background check. Once the rules changes, the cleanliness of the community went down hill quickly, we began to have pest control issues, toilets that backed up and flooded the apartment, maintenance jobs half done & an AC fire that took weeks to repair.
