The first year we lived here the community was great as described in all the other reviews here dated pre 2019. Then they changed the rules on qualifying to live here. When we moved in we had to make a certain income & pass a background check. Once the rules changes, the cleanliness of the community went down hill quickly, we began to have pest control issues, toilets that backed up and flooded the apartment, maintenance jobs half done & an AC fire that took weeks to repair.
