Dr. Lim is great. The tech the last time I was there changed my one eye to a lower power. When picking up my glasses I couldn't wear them because the power was wrong. So back the next day to see Dr Jack to get the prescription right. Now I have to wait and go back again when the new glasses are in. Even tho the tech I had was very nice, they need a little more of a trained person to check your eyes.
If I could give negative stars, I would. For being a patient here for more than 25 years - every timeI have been here (which is unfortunately a lot) but none the less the way they treat you is HORRID.. Absolutely terrible. The front desk girls have the worst attitude, they talk loudly about their patients. Very unprofessional behavior & language. I would never recommend anyone one unless it's a last resort.. The doctors might be okay but the front desk staff is unpleasant, unprofessional, & disrespectful.
I have been a loyal patient at this practice for over 20 years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I scheduled my annual appointment last year for August of this year, and I was later called and told it needed to be moved to December 8. Then I received another call saying it had to be pushed again to December 30, and it could not even be with my regular doctor. I am very frustrated.
