Leslie is beyond rude!!! Talking to future patients like we’re stupid. I called and made an appointment for my children and I was told I needed a referral upon making the appointment. Today I get a voice and I call back letting her know I’m sorry I didn’t know I needed a referral, and she got attitude real quick with snarky comment and saying whatever. I was nice and not rude. Amanda is a 5-star person. I was having issues with communication and a prescription. Amanda took it upon herself to solve my problems; she was so patient with my frustration and went well above anything that I could have expected to make sure that I was taken care of.
Dr. Duvall has not placed a prescription for eye drops, it has now been 10 days since my visit. The office can not be reached by phone or email, your messages will not be returned. You will, however, be referred to a call center which will answer and assure you that the office will return your call. The office has not returned my call. My eyes hurt and I can either wait another 1-2 weeks for another appointment with a different ophthalmologist or this office can just call in a simple prescription. Dr. DiLorenzo is very knowledgeable and experienced in her specialty. She is also professional and compassionate. Our family has seen her for many years and the doctor and her staff are highly recommended.
Dr Di Larenzo and staff are the best ! I've only had positive experiences. I had Cataract surgery and it was a breeze ! My eye sight has improved so much I only occasionally use readers. I highly recommend this practice
