I have been a loyal patient at this practice for over 20 years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I scheduled my annual appointment last year for August of this year, and I was later called and told it needed to be moved to December 8. Then I received another call saying it had to be pushed again to December 30, and it could not even be with my regular doctor. I am very frustrated. Can’t get appointment for 6 months so what good is that? Hire more ophthalmologists but she doesn’t want to be outdone by others!
Dr. Lim, M.D. & her staff have exceptional customer service. Dr. Lim is honest & takes her time to answer our ( myself & fiancé) questions. We have been a client for a couple years now & highly recommend her services.
