Very good people and attention
It’s always a peaceful visit which is most important when going through vulnerable checkups. From the receptionist to the assistants support staff Doctors & technician alway a pleasant visit leaving with a sense of security. Thank you Ladies
The front office staff are so nasty. They roll their eyes right in front of you and make you feel like you’re bothering them. The lady who was checking me in was huffing and puffing because I asked her to check if my old OB/GYN office had sent over my records. It was completely unnecessary.
Every body is so helpful and kind, I recommend Dr. Miranda, she has been my doctor for more than 10 years, she has helped me with many things including my last surgery ( endometrial cancer)which was detected on time because her recomendacións and good care. She Speak Spanish and English which is more comfortable for me, and now they have more staff that speak Spanish to.
I accompanied my wife to a follow-up appointment. The doctor and medical assistant were very good, professional, and caring. We would definitely recommend the medical staff. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk was completely different and very frustrating. A few months ago, we made a payment toward an existing balance and arranged a payment plan for the remaining amount.
