the doctors are super down to earth and kind, but the older lady receptionist was beyond rude.
I was called to come for mammo and US together as I am due. Tech didn't know Right vs left aide so we had to clarify that with past results. They didn't do mammo even though it was scheduled because I was told I need to see a provider beforehand which wasn't told over the phone. Don't waste your time. And front desk older Caucasiam lady not very helpful - she kept saying how its too loud in here and how she can't hear anything as I'm yelling my info to her with other patients in the office. I wouldn’t recommend this office. I had scheduled an appointment 4 weeks ago for my first ultrasound. I find out today at 4 pm they can’t take my insurance when my appointment is at 8 am tomorrow. They are so disorganized. Chelsea Fletcher is a great PA. But would not recommend Dr. Woltz. She’s probably the worst doctor I’ve ever seen.
Any appointment turns into diagnosis and you will be billed a lot more money. If you do decide to go here providing your medical history will cause billing. Routine preventive things like a paps and mammo will be billed as diagnosic and cost even more money for no reason and no diagnosis. Nothing is considered preventive/ wellness and you will end up bankrupt from all the unnecessary test under the guise of routine preventive, unless you're extremely wealthy.
