Don’t expect to be seen by a doctor for at least an hour, minimum. Seems like they only have 1 doctor on staff at all times which is ridiculous for the amount of patients that come here.
Great staff! Guess the low ratings are frustrated sick people. DUH!
Horrible experience. Waited 3 hrs to have my 4 year old seen for a bad cough and fever. When we were finally taken back to the room, waited another 30 min and no doctor. Finally walked out. Waiting room wasn't even that crowded. To top it off, front desk woman was not friendly at all. Never again. Gosh I wish the Skillman office didn't close :(
Went here for an ear ache I got while on vacation, they told me that there was no co-pay with my insurance. One month later, I get a bill for $175 in the mail. I'll never go back here again.
