Somerset Inn & Suites is located in a perfect location. There’s so much to do in basically every direction, and it’s a great spot on the peninsula. My wife and I stayed in early August of 2020, when an unanticipated thunderstorm tore through the peninsula and knocked out power to thousands. We stayed the second week of August 2025. This place couldn't have been better! The rooms were like a small apartment! Lots of room, very comfortable and clean and contained everything we needed! We will stay here anytime we visit Door County!
A Hidden Gem in Door County – We’ll Definitely Be Back! We stayed here for a two-night family getaway and were so impressed! The location is perfect—just a quick 4-minute drive to downtown and the waterfront, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. This was our first year staying at Somerset. We will definitely be staying again. Great location, indoor and outdoor pool and the beds are comfy. A small detail that made a HUGE difference was the mini fridge in the room. It had a separate freezer, not the "freezer shelf" thats in a lot of mini refrigerators.
June 2025. Loved the room with a balcony. Has an indoor and outdoor pool and a fire pit. In beautiful location. The only issue was 2nd floor had narrow steps, no elevator.
