I was searching online for a property managment company that could service my rental properties, and i found Somerset Hills Property Management. Unfortunately after speaking with Joan, the owner, she told me her company does not service my area, but then she spent another 20 minutes on the phone with me trying to help me and guide on what should i expect and look for from a property managment company. She was very helpful and kind, obviously the company's goal is helping people. Thank you very much Joan for your time.
What a relief it is to have Somerset Hills Property Management available to project manage work in our home when we are out of town. Joan Triano is detail oriented and always timely. Working with her is always a pleasure.

Great support from Joan at SHPM. She is available locally to look after our rental unit and has been very proactive in working with the tenent when issues comes up. I feel confident that any issues will be resolved quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.
Joan is amazing. Her company has been managing our home for the past year and has been highly responsive and quick to act whenever our renters have had a major issue or repair with our home. She's a great communicator and will contact us (the landlords) whenever an issue comes up. She's proactive in either getting issues fixed or recommending service companies for repairs. She's also very pleasant to interact and work with. I highly recommend Joan and her company.
