The secretaries at Somerset Health & Wellness Centre are incredibly patient, helpful and professional. My initial virtual visit with Dr. Clare Sullivan went exceptionally well. She is empathetic, a great listener, and genuinely takes the time to understand the root cause of your health concerns — not just treat the symptoms.
I have been to 3 acupuncturist in Ottawa and Maisy is the best! She carefully listens to your concerns before placing the needles during each session. I went to her office after period cramps and nerve pain sent me to the ER. I suffer from endometriosis. After each session I was relieved of my pain and it’s been three months now and by day 2 of my period I can already go to work, when I used to be bed ridden for at least 2 weeks. Staff is always so responsive, and helpful. Quiet and respectful place when you enter. Of course Dr Erin, is absolutely the most caring, kindest. You can tell she isn't doing this job just because its a job, she really wants to learn and help you.
Maisy is a knowledgeable and intuitive acupuncturist. I’m really thankful for her skills. She has helped me many times over the years with muscle pain, headaches, and skin conditions. My results are always fast and I’m happy to see her whenever something is bothering me. I highly recommend her to anybody looking for an acupuncturist.
Dr. Nicki Marksteiner is an absolutely amazing naturopathic doctor. She is kind, compassionate and truly listens to your issues. She makes you feel valued and cared for and provides treatment that meets your needs and not just prescribing supplements for just the sake of it. Each supplement is true to your need. She also takes the time to thoroughly explain what is going on using easy to understand analogies.
